Since all of our items are handmade in natural materials, small variations and imperfections in them are completely natural. However we understand accidents can happen and will do our best to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. All batch items (excluding custom pieces) have a 14-day return period. We look at each return on a case by case basis to decide the best course of action. Please submit a form outlining your problem and we will do our best to resolve it.
